We at JioEvents believe in closing the onboarding loop for you so that nothing checks out as we step towards your 'the' day.

Onboarding Training
We understand how crucial training is when anything new has to be adopted. So, once you sign up for a JioEvents License, one dedicated Customer Support Manager will be allocated to you and the CSM will be the one to hand hold you from the beginning of time, right where the journey starts with us, to bring the best out of this collaboration. We are going to bring about the exciting aspect of trying something whole new for the first time, from credentialing the admin access, to run you through the platform and acquire the best practice as a part of the whole endeavour.

Event Goals Alignment
Now, every company would have a goal associated with the planned events being, be it increasing the revenue or engagement, sponsorship, awareness, or branding, our Customer Success Manager will be there to help you align your company goals with the events planned. Dry runs
We at JioEvents avoid any last-minute surprises and we would be there to save you from that too. We do regular dry runs before every event to help in setting up the entire flow and come to a middle ground with these ideation sessions. Live Troubleshooting
Even after diligent planning, pre-event check listing and careful execution on that, we can run into unforeseen circumstances. No worries, the CSM has your back on this too. While running into any issue on a live event, the last thing one would like to do, is call for support or ping for help and hence we’ll be live with you for real-time support and all-around live troubleshooting!

Post-event support

Reports and Feedback
Bullseye! Even if you miss that on your first event, our CSM will analyse all the post-event reports for you and delve into the quest of what could have been better.
